Laline’s practice is primarily focused on corporate law, civil litigation, family law and estate planning including conducting trials, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution in civil and family law matters. She represents private corporate entities and businesses and counsels individuals.
She has extensive experience in business related issues, drafting of various legal documents, contracts, agreements, and resolution of related issues and conflicts.
Laline counsels individuals on complex marital and family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, parenting and time-share issues, paternity, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. She also prepares detailed, individualized estate plans and/or documents for each client.
Prior to joining Velegal Pllc, Laline was a partner at an international, middle market law firm.
